Durham Regional Police Service

This 52,000 square foot buildings acts as Headquarters and 17 Division for the Service. The existing overcrowded building was renovated, expanded and improved, becoming a new civic landmark for the City of Oshawa.
The project was completed in May 1996 at a cost of $6.2 million. Rebanks was responsible for both the renovations and the interior fit-out, resulting in an integrated design concept and an economically viable solution.
